今回の案件は枚方市東香里元町のM様。

東香里中学校の近くの住宅街の一角のお家です。

浴室内のシリコン劣化が気になるとの事でご依頼をいただいたため、メンテナンスのご提案をしました。

ご施主様がご自身でシリコンを過去に打たれておりましたが、劣化してかなり水が入っていたと思われます。

先ずはそれらを撤去し、余計な所にシリコンが付着しないようマスキングテープで養生しました。

綺麗に仕上がりました。

防カビのお風呂用のシリコンで隙間をしっかり充填しています。

昔ながらのタイルのお風呂は隙間や割れた部分からお水が染み込んでしまいがち。

放置すると木材の腐朽や白蟻の呼び水となってしまいます。

私の家のお風呂もタイルで、シリコンなんて触ったことが無い…。
