今回は耀きプラザキララ近くのT様の屋根工事紹介です。

塗装工事をお隣で行っていたのですが、屋根の板金が全部飛んでいっておりカラーベストも部分的になくなっていました。
おそらく、5年前の台風21号で被災をされたのか下地の貫板も朽ち果ててしまっていました。

屋根の状況をお伝えしたところ、把握をされていないご様子でしたので雨漏りの危険性が非常に高いので復旧工事を急遽行いました。

まずはカラーベストの復旧。

続いて棟押さえ板金を設置する前の「貫板」の復旧です。

そして、棟押さえ板金を復旧していくのですが板金の重なり部分にもしっかりとシリコンを打設します。

このシリコンがないと、強風で雨水が入り込んでしまい貫板が腐ってしまう原因となります。
腐ってしまうとまた板金が飛んでしまうことになります。。

これで施工完了です！
