台風被災の工事をされた顧客様とお話をしていた時に

実は２０年以上屋根のメンテナンスしていない・・・と言われていたので後日点検に伺いました。

天井に雨染みがあったり、気になっていたところを全て点検させていただきました 

瓦のずれや、割れ、漆喰が無くなっている部分があったり、大至急補修が必要な状況でした・・・。

金網がついており、撤去しないと工事ができないということで、

まずは撤去作業をさせていただきました。

とても劣化が激しく沢山錆が出ましたが、最後はしっかり掃除までさせていただきました。

撤去後、瓦の復旧や差し替えをしましたよ！

袖瓦なので飛ばないようにシリコンで瓦止めさせていただきました。

また近日中に漆喰工事と屋根全体の瓦止め工事とトタン屋根の塗装工事もさせていただきます。
