枚方市寝屋川市の皆様こんにちは。

りふぉーむカンパニーです。

今回は寝屋川市萱島近辺のK様邸での工事をご紹介いたします！！

K様は、別件で雨漏り補修工事をご依頼頂きまして、工事の際に屋上笠木の

防水膨れ・クラックなどを確認し、板金設置をご提案しました。

写真のように、防水樹脂に雨水の侵入から湿気蒸散の影響により膨れて破れる寸前でした。

このような状況になると、雨漏り等の不具合が発生する可能性があります。

今回は板金職人に事前に笠木板金を作成してきてもらったものを取り付けしました。

コーキング材・ビス止めで板金を固定していきます。

取り付け完了後は拭き掃除を行い、継ぎ目・ビス頭のコーキング打設。

以上の工程で完了となります。

見映えも良くなり、非常に喜んで頂けました！
